History
Creative Sports Solutions - div. of Ralph Connor Co. Ltd. (CSS/ RCCL) was incorporated in 1951 in Halifax by 8 Royal Canadian service men after World War II. The company started with its main focus to supply Dex-O-Tex marine products to the Canadian Military it has grown its product line and expertise.
With offices in several locations CSS / RCCL continues services its clientele by representing the following product lines.

Gymnasium Sports Floors
RCCL is Atlantic Canada’s only Connor Sports Flooring supplier and installer. This system uses a fully integrated approach from system design through manufacturing and professional installation.
Marine
RCCL is a Dex-O-Tex Contractor. We are proud suppliers and installers to the Canadian Coast Guard and Canadian Navy for over 50 years.
